Laura Beth Brinser, 38, of Richmond, passed away unexpectedly. She is survived by her parents, Paul W. and Betty Brinser Jr.; brother, Dr. Paul W. Brinser III, aunts, Nancy F. Adams, Ellen B. Abrams, and Dorothy B. Williams. Her family will have a celebration of Laura's life 5 p.m. Saturday at the Jahnke Road Baptist Church. Laura was a devoted worker in providing help to stray animals.
